RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CREATURE ATHLETICS
All releases are limited by design. Inventory is controlled. Access is intentional.
Because of this, all sales are considered final unless approved under the conditions below.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer returns or exchanges for store credit only.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
To be eligible:

Your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition

All original tags must be attached
-
Items must be free of odor, damage, or wear
Requests submitted outside of this window will not be approved.
FIT ISSUES
If your item does not fit:

You may exchange for a different size, or
-
Return the item for store credit (Creature Athletics Store Credit)
If your desired size is unavailable:

You may exchange for another item of equal value, or
-
Receive store credit to be used at a later time
RETURN & EXCHANGE APPROVAL (REQUIRED)
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved.
To request approval:

Include your order number
-
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
Any package sent without approval may be returned to sender and no credit or exchange will be issued.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Creature Athletics does not provide return labels

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
(We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service)
Once approved, your return must be received within 7 days of authorization.
PROCESSING & STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received:

Please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and processing

If approved, we will:

Ship your exchange item at no additional cost, or
-
Email you Creature Athletics Store Credit

Store credit includes:
-
The cost of the item
-
Applicable tax (if paid)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credit:

Does not expire
-
Can be used on any future release
-
Is non-transferable
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to fast fulfillment and limited inventory:

Orders cannot be canceled once placed

Please review your order carefully before confirming
If an order has not shipped within our stated fulfillment timeframe, you may contact us to review cancellation eligibility.
